Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management: Operate and maintain seller accounts across Amazon (Seller Central), Flipkart (Seller Hub), and Meesho (Supplier Panel).
Cataloging & Listing Optimization: Create and manage single and bulk product listings. Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms for maximum marketplace SEO.
Order & Inventory Management: Oversee daily order processing, monitor stock levels, and update pricing dynamically. Efficiently handle returns, replacements, and claims while minimizing operational losses.
Account Health & Compliance: Monitor performance metrics (ODR, LSR, VTR) to ensure top-tier seller ratings. Proactively resolve account issues, suppressed listings, and policy violations.
Advertising & Promotions: Execute and manage marketplace ad campaigns (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads). Plan participation in platform-wide sales events, generating coupons, deals, and promotional offers.
Performance Reporting: Track conversion rates, ad spend efficiency (ACoS/ROAS), and overall traffic. Prepare regular MIS reports to provide actionable insights to management.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1 to 3 years of direct, hands-on experience managing seller operations specifically on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
Core Competencies: Deep understanding of marketplace ranking algorithms, listing guidelines, and PPC advertising mechanics.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Google Sheets for bulk cataloging and sales data analysis.
